I’m Jill Kercher, a certified HR strategist, coach, and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading HR initiatives across industries like manufacturing, cybersecurity, corrections, and technology.
After decades in both public and private sector leadership roles, I launched Dama HR to offer flexible, high-impact support to organizations that need more than a generalist, but not a full-time HR executive.
I bring a calm, strategic presence to every engagement, helping teams operate with more clarity, structure, and alignment.
